Lemon Buttermilk Ice Cream

Mom and Dad's favorite ice cream recipe. Very lemony. Makes right at 2 quarts.

Ingredients:

3 cups buttermilk
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup half-and-half
1 1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 lemons

1. Mix all ingredients except the lemons.

2. Juice the lemons and add.

3. Pour into ice cream maker. 4. Left overs do not freeze well.
